Baby Prep Package - 10 hours

Maybe you’ve done a prenatal birth course, but do you feel prepared for what is to come after your baby arrives? Do you need information and demonstrations on how to breast/chest/bottle feed, and infant care basics? Are you aware of what recovery may look like for the birth parent? Looking for some ideas for nutritious meals to eat postpartum to help with recovery, and having someone assist in making these meals for you and your family? Have you considered what your support network will look like in postpartum? Do you need help creating a safe sleep environment? Go into your postpartum period feeling prepared and empowered with tailored in-home support. This prep package include: Breast/chest feeding basics workshop Bottle feeding basics workshop Infant care information & parent coaching + demonstrations Safe sleep environment information Organizing feeding & changing stations Preparing the sleep space Parental health & wellbeing information Meal planning & meal preparation Creating emotional & social support network Screening for perinatal mental health disorders Providing resources for other perinatal professional services How does it work: Fill out the contact form with your information. You will get a free 30-minute consultation (audio or video call) where we can discuss you and your family’s needs, my services and how I can help to see if we are the right fit for each other. From there, the 10 hours of in-home service are to be used within the 3rd Trimester (last 3 months of pregnancy) Minimum call out time is 2 hours, maximum is 4 hours. **This service is only for families in Mississauga, Oakville, Milton and Burlington, Ontario.
