Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked a consultation with Kangaroo Care Doula, we have reserved time exclusively for you. We will do our best to be on time for the meeting and expect the same from our clients. We will wait for up to 10 minutes for clients to join the meeting before considering them a no-show and ending the meeting. For any no-show clients, or clients who cancel their appointments less than 12 hours before they are scheduled to take place, they will not be eligible for a refund. To avoid this outcome, please provide more than 12 hours notice to cancel or reschedule the appointment. You will have another opportunity to reschedule your appointment.
